A not-for-profit organization in Appleton is asking for your help. Compassionate Home Health Care has been chosen by the Home Instead Senior Care Foundation to be part of the Give 65 campaign.

Now through next Thursday, you can donate online and Home Instead will match the funds. Compassionate Home Health Care will use the money raised to buy personal care items and cleaning supplies they can use while in the homes of the seniors they serve.

"We can't forget about them, and if we can help them with something as simple as making sure they live in a clean space, making sure they're clean themselves, they're going to feel better about themselves and want to be a bigger part of our community," said Compassionate Home health Care President and CEO Dawn Paradiso-Hansen.

She has set a $5,000 fundraising goal. Once that amount is matched, Paradiso-Hansen said they can help 200 seniors in Green Bay, Appleton and Oshkosh.
