People came out to celebrate chalk-fest in Green Bay on Saturday.
The first-of-it's kind community event featured chalk artists at work.
They transformed pavement into some incredible pieces of art.
Prizes went out to the top three artists..and attendees could also vote on a people's choice winner.
"There are a couple of other locations in Wisconsin that have 'chalkfest' events and that's where we got the idea from and just wanted to bring it to the area here," organizer Kayla Laplante said.
Kids also got a chance to join on the fun. The chalk zone let kids explore an artistic vision of their own.
