Shopko stores in Seymour and Menasha, as well as an Appleton Shopko Express, will be closed down.
A Shopko spokesperson confirmed the Seymour and Menasha locations will close April 7th. Liquidation begins January 11th. The Appleton Shopko Express is scheduled to close on February 15th.
Shopko is also closing locations in Grafton and Sussex. Shopko La Crosse North is also closing.
This news comes after the Mayor of the City of Seymour confirmed that Shopko's Seymour location will close.
This also follows reports that Shopko may file for bankruptcy by January 15, according to an attorney for a pharmaceutical drug supplier to Shopko, who made the claim during a court hearing.
