OSHKOSH — Oshkosh Police report a 45 year old Omro man was found lying in the street after an accident last night on Boyd Street near Merritt Avenue in the City of Oshkosh. He was taken to the hospital with life threatening injuries.
Officers report they were called to the scene at 2:23 AM this morning. They arrested a 30 year old woman from Omro for her 2nd OWI offense.
The roadway was closed while police investigated, but is now open for traffic.
