WAUSHARA CO., Wis. — A man was arrested for his 1st OWI with three children in the vehicle in Washara County.
It happened around 12:30 a.m. Monday on State Highway 21 at 20th Drive east of Wautoma.
Troopers arrested a 39-year-old Middleton man.
He was initially pulled over for speeding.
The driver had his 6-year-old twins and 9-year-old child with him at the time of the stop.
