A 66-year-old Green Bay man is in the Oconto County jail, after being arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence for the 11th time.
A Wisconsin State Trooper was assisting with traffic direction at CTH J and Brown Road in Oconto County around 1 AM Wednesday morning. A man, Douglas Lee Kluth, parked his vehicle and approached the Trooper.
The Trooper observed signs of impairment and conducted a sobriety test and found Kluth to be under the influence. He was arrested and turned over to the Oconto County Jail.
