Green Bay man discovered dead by dive team

TOWN OF BREED, Wis — A 37-year-old Green Bay man died in a Oconto County lake on Saturday evening.

Investigators at the Oconto County Sheriff's Office say the man was rafting on Anderson Lake in the Town of Breed, when witnesses say he fell into the water and did not resurface.

After several hours of searching for the man, sheriff's deputies with the aid of a dive team located the Green Bay man who had died. The Oconto County Sheriff's Office is still investigating this incident.

On Monday, the Sheriff's Office says the Brown County Medical Examiner’s Office identified the man as 37-year-old Nathaniel J. Prenot of Green Bay.
