SHEBOYGAN, Wis. - Three teenagers were arrested early Tuesday morning after several overnight car entries.

An off-duty Sheboygan Police Officer reported that he saw suspects breaking into vehicles in the Fellowship Neighborhood. He got a description of the vehicle and the license plate number as the suspects fled the area.

Other officers found the vehicle at the Meijer gas station, with three 18-year-old Milwaukee men inside. There was property inside the vehicle consistent with thefts, and the men admitted they came to Sheboygan to rob cars.

Officers believe multiple thefts occurred across the city. Any resident who was a victim of a theft is encouraged to contact the Sheboygan Police Department at 920-459-3333 with a description of the missing property.

The three teenagers were arrested on theft charges and referred to the district attorney's office. They were taken to the Sheboygan County Detention Center.
