ORIGINAL REPORTING: Highway 41 northbound at Richmond Street is closed due to a crash, according to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) and the Appleton Police Department.
According to the DOT, all northbound lanes on I-41 at WIS 47 (Richmond Street) is closed due to a crash. Police say to expect delays in the area, and neighbors are asked to use alternative routes.
The closure is estimated to last for about an hour, according to the DOT.
