WASHINGTON ISLAND (NBC 26) — A driver died when his car hit a tree Wednesday night, officials on Washington Island say.
The crash happened just after 6:30 p.m. on Town Line Road east of Range Line Road, police said.
The car was a 2007 Toyota, according to police.
The name of the driver is being withheld until family can be notified.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
