Friday is here! Not the prettiest day ahead, but mild with highs in the low 50s. Winds stay breezy out of the southeast up to 25mph, this will keep lakeside towns cooler through the weekend.
Rain arrives this afternoon, storms may fire up this evening and have the potential to be strong to severe with hail and strong winds. This all winds down and exits by morning.
Saturday we get a break in the rain and clouds, as sunshine peaks out, winds gust out of the south and usher in a massive heat wave! Temperatures are expected to spike to the mid and upper 70s!
Rain and storms return early Sunday morning and scatter to spotty showers by the afternoon. Temperatures will be in the 60s and fall to the 30s by Monday morning.
Cooler temps remain next week, in the upper 40s and low 50s, with no rain or snow in the forecast, yet!
