A strong area of low pressure brought wet & windy conditions to the area on Thursday.
Enough cold air will wrap in behind this storm to change the rain showers over to a wintry mix or snow showers on Friday.
After 7 straight days with above normal highs.......a cold snap takes over on Friday, lasting throughout the weekend with upper 30s to lower 40s expected. There will be some more snow Saturday night & Sunday morning as an Alberta Clipper moves through. Some accumulating snow is likely. Stay tuned........
