A Wind Chill Advisory is in effect until noon on Thursday for -20 to -30° wind chills that could cause frost bite on exposed skin in as little as 20 minutes.
Warmer temperatures arrive on Saturday with highs in the low 20s, and some light snow with less than an inch expected to move out by the afternoon hours.
During the Packers game, temperatures will be plummeting to sub zero wind chills.
