Wednesday is one for the record books. We climb into the 60s tonight with a gusty southwest wind. This will be the latest we've recorded a 60 degree temperature in December. The all-time record high for December is 64° set back in 2001....we will be close!!
The reason for this is due to a strong area of low pressure. We won't last in the 60s for long because a cold front will move through early Thursday. Showers and isolated thunderstorms will accompany it. Winds may gust up to 70 mph, which could cause some power outages & blow down trees.
Much colder air will flow back into Wisconsin on Thursday!!
