Temperatures tonight will drop off into the upper 30s in the far Northwoods, and lower to upper 40s across the rest of the area under light winds turning out of the southwest around 5 mph. Any rain shower along the shore will end overnight.
Friday will start off mostly sunny with a steady south wind which will help us climb back into the lower to mid 70s. A cold front will approach from the west later in the afternoon or evening, igniting some showers or storms.
Temperatures fall off behind the front, dropping down into the lower to mid 40s with clearing skies.
Saturday will be cooler behind the cold front with highs in the lower to mid 60s.
Sunday will climb back into the lower 70s under mostly sunny skies.
A high pressure will control the weather pattern into next week with temperatures remaining generally in the 70s. There may be a few days of 60 degree highs depending if winds shift off the lake.
