Winter weather advisories are posted for counties north of Highway 29 from 7am-7pm Monday.

Snow showers will develop along and north of a warm front, accumulating between 2-4 inches of snowfall.

High temperatures will remain in the mid to upper 30s during the day with light northeast winds at 5-10 mph.

The 40s return on Tuesday with partly cloudy skies.

We may push near 60 on Wednesday with mostly cloudy skies followed by lower 50s on Thursday.

An area of low pressure Friday into Saturday will be one to watch as we have this winter to spring transition period. Right now there are some models showing snowfall for our area, while others show it more as a wintry mix or rainfall. It is multiple days out so the forecast may change from now and then with a better understanding of what will happen.
