After a generally above average start in terms of temperatures for March, running over two degrees above normal, we are going to have a few days of cooler weather until the end of the weekend.
Highs today will only reach the mid 20s with west winds around 5-15 mph.
Tonight, we will cool off into the lower teens with southwest winds at 5-10 mph.
Friday will be a breezy and warmer day with upper 20s and lower 30s for highs but winds will be sustained around 10-20 with gusts near 30.
There will be a cold front that moves through in the late morning. That will bring a few light snow showers to the area or flurries.
Highs drop back down into the lower 20s on Saturday.
Sunday through the middle of next week will be a welcomed relief for all those looking for that spring warmth. Highs will get back into the lower to mid 40s with a slight chance of rain. We may break the 50s on Wednesday.
