With temperatures in the 80s for the first two days of October, this is the 3rd warmest start to the month on record for the Fox Valley. The 80s are coming to an end however, but still, seasonally warm air will remain in place.
Tonight, a few showers are possible with some patchy dense fog. Winds will remain calm. Visibility could drop below a half mile by the morning.
Sunday, some showers and isolated storms are expected over the area. Skies will remain mostly cloudy with northeast winds around 5-10 mph. Highs will climb into the upper 60s and lower 70s.
Sunday night, A few additional isolated showers are possible. Temperatures will fall into the lower to mid 50s.
Monday, isolated showers possible, highs in the upper 60s. Showers should trend down as we head into the evening.
We will see mostly sunny weather Tuesday and Wednesday with highs in the lower 70s.
