Family and football are at the core of the Salms.
Rob is the head coach for Appleton North, while Curt is the offensive coordinator.
"We both got into education. Both ended up at the same school both went into coaching-- Along with the teaching part of it--It's really special," Rob said.
The family affair doesn't just stop there. Two other brothers help with stats on Friday night, while another brother is in charge of leading the running backs.
Their dad, Bob, is the equipment manager and their mom, Gail, helps out with whatever is needed.
"Five out of six boys are always here. It's like back on the farm-- I get to work with my boys and I still do," Bob said.
