UPDATE 1:15 p.m.:All three Green Bay schools are no longer on lockdown.
The Green BAy Public School District released this statement on their twitter feed, "All schools have been released from “secure the building - outside situation." School dismissal will proceed as normal. Thank you for your understanding."

UPDATE 1:04 p.m.: West High School has been released from “secure the building - outside situation." School dismissal will proceed as normal, according to the Green Bay Public School District.

Three Green Bay schools are on lockdown Monday afternoon as a precautionary measure.
Fort Howard Elementary, West High School,and Encompass Cornerstone are in "secure the building" due to an outside community situation.
All students are safe.
