Three arrested in connection to fatal Oshkosh shooting

Three men have been arrested in connection to an armed robbery that ended in the fatal shooting of a teenager in Oshkosh. 

Cashmiere A.S. Hill, 18, was killed in the shooting on Waugoo Avenue on November 5.

The following three people were arrested after an investigation into an armed robbery that led to the shooting:

  • 28-year-old Oshkosh man arrested for party to a crime of armed robbery
  • 21-year-old Appleton man arrested for party to a crime of armed robbery
  • 25-year-old Oshkosh man arrested on a probation hold and party to a crime of armed robbery

The Winnebago County District Attorney's Office will make the final determination for criminal charges.
