WISCONSIN (NBC 26) -- The Wisconsin Department of Justice (DOJ) issued a Silver Alert for Robert Butler from Rib Lake Sunday afternoon. He was last seen leaving that morning around 8:30 a.m.
The DOJ says Butler wears glasses and stands at 6 ft. 2 in. He was last seen wearing jeans with holes in them, brown shoes, and a dark green and gray jacket with the name "Clayton" on it.
Butler was seen leaving in a teal 1999 Plymouth Voyager, plate number 132 ZLF, and said he was headed to Florida. He has dementia and is said to have been verbally hostile.
Butler does not have his cell phone but took his wallet and keys with him, according to the DOJ.
