WISCONSIN — On Friday, Governor Tony Evers ordered flags to be flown at half-staff in honor of late Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

All buildings, grounds, and military installations with flags should lower their flags to half-staff until sunset on the date of Ginsburg's interment.

“Justice Ginsburg was a stalwart public servant who spent her life working to hold our country accountable for our promises of equity, equality, truth, and justice. What a devastating loss,” said Gov. Evers.

The order came after President Donald Trump ordered all government buildings to lower their flags.
