Sheboygan Police are looking for a large dog that scratched a toddler in the 900-block of Kentucky Avenue Tuesday afternoon.
Authorities describe the dog as a large black male dog with short hair, docked tail, wide head, a short snout and could possibly be a rottweiler.
Police say they need to locate the dog because there is a possibility of the dog having rabies.
