The Brown County Sheriff's Office has ended its search for a 14-year-old Village of Allouez boy after he turned up safe.
Officials said Ethan Phillips was considered missing and endangered after he was last seen by his mother on Monday at 9:00 a.m. He was waiting outside for a ride.
Phillips is cognitively disabled and did not have his necessary medications with him.
Officials said he is doing just fine.
