The man behind the fence is calling it quits after 15 years of painting the fence on Lombardi Avenue for all Packers fans to enjoy.
Chris Handler says since more and more newer homes have been built in the area, there are fewer fences for him to paint his inspiration.
Handler says he is still and always will be a Packers fan.
