Outagamie County Public Health has announced immunization clinics to be held in December and January.
The appointments are available for uninsured, BadgerCare enrollees and Native American/Alaskan Native children and eligible adults.
Appointments can be made by calling (920) 832-5100.
The clinics are at the following times:
- Thursday, December 14, 3-6 p.m.: Outagamie County Public Health office, Health and Human Services Building, 4th floor, Appleton
- Thursday, January 11, 3-5 p.m.: Outagamie County Public Health office, Health and Human Services Building, 4th floor, Appleton
A parent or legal guardian must accompany children under 18. You must bring immunization records with you.
