The Oshkosh City Council will decide the fate of the Lakeshore Golf Course Wednesday night during a special meeting.
The City of Oshkosh wants to sell the land to Oshkosh Corporation to be used for a new world headquarters.
However, people living nearby told NBC26 the city shouldn't be able to sell public property without asking the people who use it.
There have been several meetings outlining the plans.
The meeting begins at 5:30 p.m. in Oshkosh.
