Packers defensive back Morgan Burnett and his foundation, hosted their first ever Turkey Drive on Tuesday night.
The Burnett Family Foundation is working with the New Community Shelter, in Green Bay, to feed 100 families in need this Thanksgiving.
"I mean its a hardship when you don't have enough money for food and your calling your family here to eat every day, it's tough." said Kris Olson from the New Community Shelter.
"You know a lot of our folks are taking the bus to get here for a meal and we're happy to provide that meal, but I think for one day to be able to cook a meal at home I think we'd all enjoy that."
The Burnett family said, they plan to hold this turkey drive again next year.
