Memorial funds created for victims of Wausau area shootings

A series of memorial sites and memorial funds have been established for the victims of Wednesday's shootings in the Wausau area. 

The victims were identified as Everest Metro police Detective Jason T. Weiland, 40; Marathon Savings Bank employees Dianne M. Look, 67, and Karen L. Barclay, 62 and attorney Sarah H. Quirt Sann, 43.

Visitation has been set for Detective Jason Weiland. It will be held on Tuesday from 4-8 p.m. and Wednesday from 10 a.m.- 2p.m. at DC Everest Senior High School.

A local graphic artist in the Wausau area named Drew Bouche has created a "Wausau Strong" shirt to raise money for the Everest Metro Police Department. To order one, click here.

There will also be a candlelight vigil held on Sunday at 7 p.m. at the Everest Metro Police Department.

A fund for the Weiland family has been established at Intercity State Bank.

Donations will be collected at any River Vally Bank branch until April 30. 

River Valley Bank is matching the first $25,000 given by April 30. A full 100% of funds will be used to support the families. 

Marathon Savings Bank announced it has established a fund to support the families of Look and Barclay, providing an initial gift of $30,000. It has also established a GoFundMe page for the "Barclay and Look Family Fund." To donate, click the link.
