Manitowoc Police offers $500 reward in armed robbery investigation

The Manitowoc Police Department is offering up to a $500 reward for information that leads to the identity, and arrest of the suspect(s) responsible for an armed robbery that took place at a residence in the 1200 Blk. of S. 11th St in Manitowoc.

Police responded to the incident on September 27th. Police say two people broke into a home and brandished a handgun. One of the victims was struck several times with this gun and money was taken from the victims.

The first suspect is being described to the police as a black man, approximately 25-35 years old, about 5’7-5’9 feet tall, average weight wearing long pants, a long sleeve shirt and possible some type of hat. The second suspect is described as a black man wearing a grey shirt and a block stocking cap. Both suspects made efforts to conceal their identity.
