"Investing in yourself and investing in your future" – that was the motto for Wednesday’s career fair, in connection with the Outfitting Women For Success event.
Women of all backgrounds were invited from the YWCA with resumes in hand for on-the-spot job interviews.
"We have about eight different businesses here,” says Women's Empowerment Center Coordinator, Jasmine Gordon. “They range from trades to housekeeping to working in casinos, various jobs like that, that can incorporate skills for a lot of the ladies coming today.”
