APPLETON, Wis. — It may be the start of summer but before you know it it will Octoberfest time.
Appleton's 38th annual Octoberfest is coming up on September 28th. It takes place on College Avenue in downtown Appleton. Hundreds of volunteers help pull it off and this year they say they're looking for more.
"Octoberfest is truly is successful because of our volunteers each year we have more than 650 volunteers who help us out and truly play a vital roll in the success for the event," says Nikki Voelzke who works for Appleton's Octoberfest.
