OSHKOSH, Wis — The University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and its private foundation have reached a multi million dollar settlement as part of the foundation's bankruptcy case.
The two sides announced a $4.6 million net sum Friday.
According to a joint statement, the parties agreed to confirm ownership of the Alumni Welcome and Conference Center, though it's not clear which side will actually own the center.
