ORIGINAL STORY: A Silver Alert is in effect for an 83-year-old man who is missing from De Pere, authorities said.
John K Meyers went to an appointment at the Green Bay VA Clinic Tuesday morning, and left the appointment at 10:30 a.m., a news release said.
The only other location Meyers was headed was to Costco for gas, authorities said.
Meyers was in a grey Ford Fusion, with Wisconsin plate number 592-URN.
