A Silver Alert has been issued for 84-year-old Patrick Sepnieski of New Holstein.
He's described as a white man, 6 feet tall, 196 pounds with blue eyes and gray balding hair.
He was last seen at around 10 a.m. Monday wearing a red or maroon winter jacket, gray winter hat, gloves and tan pants.
Sepnieski is driving a 2014 Black Ford Taurus similar to the picture above. His license plate is 132AKT.
