ASHWAUBENON, Wis. — Authorities are searching for a woman they say stole credit cards and then went on a $2,000 spending spree at the Bay Park Square Mall.
The Brown County Sheriff's Office says a woman reported her cards stolen last week. Authorities were able to identify a suspect and are now releasing security video images of the accused thief with the hopes of identifying her.
Authorities say the suspect made fraudulent purchases in a short period of time at the mall, buying items at various retailers that included clothing and jewelry.
Brown County Sheriff’s Office says the suspect has been identified as a light skinned female wearing a dark colored jacket with long hair pulled back.
Authorities say she was also seen in the company of a second person described as a black woman that had long hair with dreadlocks, wearing a multicolored jacket and accompanied by a number of small children.
