SHAWANO, Wis. — A 24-year-old Shawano man has been arrested in a child pornography investigation.
According to the Shawano County Sheriff's Office, the investigation began in November, when authorities say they found inappropriate images of children shared on a social media platform.
The investigation resulted in a search warrant at a home on Sawyer Street, where authorities found numerous cell phones and laptops. Authorities also say they found more than a thousand images "of interest".
The case has been sent to the Shawano County District Attorney for review.
