Here’s something you might consider for your special someone: sweetheart cheese curds, just in time for Valentine's Day! They’re pink and white and made at Ron's Wisconsin Cheese in Luxemburg.
They've been making them for five years now, so to celebrate the love, they've put a golden ticket in one of the bags. The person who finds it will win free cheese for a year!
“It's always fun it's a little different than a normal process anytime you can add an extra step to break up the routine it's always fun and if we can make somebody's day by offering them a pink curd for Valentine's Day we're all for it,” said Operations Manager Ben Shibler.
Ron's Wisconsin Cheese says they make and sell about four hundred pounds of sweetheart curds each Valentine’s Day. You can get them at Ron’s in Luxemburg or Pick N' Save or Festival Foods through Valentine’s Day.
