Police said at around 10:40 a.m. Tuesday, an SUV rear-ended a passenger car. After pulling over and seeing the SUV drive away, Oshkosh Police said the driver of the passenger car followed the driver of the SUV.

The two people in the passenger car were not hurt. The Oshkosh Fire Department removed the SUV driver, identified as an adult male, and took him to a hospital for treatment. Police said the people in the passenger car did not know the man driving the SUV.
