APPLETON (NBC 26) -- Appleton Police is marking the one year anniversary since a young man disappeared. Police said Wednesday that investigators are still looking for Nicholas Hietpas.
22-year-old Nicholas was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt with green lettering, blue jeans, and brown work boots.
Police said Nicholas’ vehicle was located in the area of Hwy 64 and Shadow Lake Road, in the Town of Doty, Oconto County. Nicholas may be accompanied by a white German Shepard named Samantha.
