GREEN BAY, Wis. — Green Bay Police confirm that Nitschke Bridge is stuck open.
Police say barricades going up and the bridge is out of service. Police say city electricians will work on the bridge.
Traffic is being diverted. Police encourage drivers to use the Walnut Street bridge, the Mason Street bridge, or the Leo Frigo bridge.
