GREEN BAY (NBC 26) -- The NEW Zoo & Adventure Park is bringing back half-priced admission for January and February of 2020.
The NEW Zoo says it is again offering special winter admission rates. Regular admission will be $10 for adults, $7 for children ages 3 to 15 as well as for seniors age 62 or older, and it is free for kids under 3-years-old. They say the half pricing does not apply to Zoo Memberships, advance zoo ticket sales, or ski passes at the NEW Zoo.
This is the perfect way to watch the lions and otters play in the snow with a 'zoo-to-yourself' feeling. You can also feed giraffes inside the heated Giraffe Discovery Center.
The NEW Zoo reminds people there is a fireplace to cozy up to and hot beverages for sale in the Mayan Restaurant.
The zoo's hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. seven days a week, 365 days a year.
