NEW LONDON, Wis. — A 37-year-old man is facing charges in the opioid overdose death of a 26-year-old man who died back in October.
26-year-old Shane Heuer died October 5th. 37-year-old Eric Stern in his death was booked into the Waupaca County Jail on Wednesday.
Police say the case was referred to the Waupaca County DA for charges of first degree reckless homicide.
