CITY OF MANITOWOC (NBC 26) -- The mayor for the City of Manitowoc declared a snow emergency overnight Sunday and a winter parking ban overnight Monday.
According to the city, the snow emergency will be in effect overnight Sunday and will be enforced Monday morning from 1 a.m. to 6 a.m. During this time no parking is allowed on city streets or a fine of $75 will be given.
The winter parking ban is in effect overnight Monday, but will be enforced Tuesday morning from 1 a.m. to 6 a.m. During this time no parking is allowed on the Winter Parking Ban streets, which include salt and plow routes, or a $50 fine will be given.

As a reminder, the city would like to point out that even if a street has been or appears plowed, the parking ban is still in effect during the listed times.
