ASHWAUBENON (NBC 26) -- Ashwaubenon Department of Public Safety is reminding people to lock their vehicles following a recent rise in thefts.
More people have been reporting items missing from their vehicles, the department said. Ashwaubenon Police say the vehicles that were stolen from were left unlocked.
It is reported that mostly loose change and cash was taken from the vehicles. Police are investigating the thefts.
Ashwaubenon Public Safety reminds people to lock their vehicles to deter theft as well as call 911 to report any suspicious activity.
