OUTAGAMIE COUNTY — A 17-year-old boy accused of shooting and killing his grandparents is scheduled to be arraigned next month.
Alexander Kraus was scheduled to appear in court Thursday. Online court records show an arraignment for Kraus was set for July 8th.
Kraus faces two counts of First Degree Intentional Homicide in the death of his grandparents, Dennis L. Kraus and Letha G. Kraus.
According to previous reports, police responded to a Grand Chute home back in April and found Kraus' grandparents dead. A previously filed criminal complaint said that Kraus killed his grandparents and then called 911.
Wisconsin treats 17-year-olds as adults in the criminal justice system. Kraus could face life in prison if convicted.
