APPLETON (NBC 26) -- Even the large head sculpture, "The Collective", is taking no chances with the pandemic.
The giant head, located in Appleton, has been spotted wearing a giant protective face mask.
NBC 26 talked with the artist who created the sculpture and he thinks it's timely and it made him smile.
