APPLETON (NBC 26) -- Appleton Police need your help to identify two people. Officers say it's to help with an investigation from Target.
The department is asking you to share this photo and post with friends, family, and coworkers to get the word out. They also noted that all persons depicted are innocent until charged and proven guilty.
