GREEN BAY (NBC 26) -- Schreiber Foods sponsored the local Salvation Army for their annual Christmas Lunch, held Friday.

Schreiber employees helped prepare and serve the lunch as well as decorate the church's hall and provide some holiday entertainment.

People were able to enjoy caroling in the chapel prior to lunch. This event was free and open to the public to attend.

The Salvation Army of Greater Green Bay has a lunch program that runs Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. They say they serve around 34,000 hot meals per year to anyone in need.
